Can I try PayProof for free?
Absolutely. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Import your data, run your first pay gap report, and see the value before you pay anything.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), iDEAL, Bancontact, and SEPA Direct Debit via Mollie.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans are billed upfront at a 20% discount. Enterprise plans may have custom terms.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to pick a plan. Your data stays safe for 30 days after trial expiry, giving you plenty of time to decide.
Is my compensation data secure?
Yes. All compensation data is encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated per company, and hosted on EU-based servers. We're fully GDPR compliant.
